On the day of arrival, our rooms are ready for you from 15:00. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your accommodation by 11.00 am.

Car parking spaces are available free of charge for our guests.

Free Wi-Fi is available in our public areas and guest rooms.

The breakfast buffet is included in the room price. Surcharge for half board: Adults Euro 24,--/day; children up to 14 years Euro 14,--/day

are only allowed in our house on request (there are only two rooms with dogs available). Price per dog and day Euro 17,-

The visitor's tax is Euro 2,--/per person and day. (Children up to 15 years free).

To finalise your booking, please send us a written confirmation. A deposit is not necessary. However, if you wish to arrive after 18:00 on the day of arrival, we ask that you provide us with your credit card number.

You can pay at our hotel in cash, by EC card or credit card.
You can also make a bank transfer in advance. For corporate customers, we can settle the invoice directly with the company.

Cancellations are only valid in writing. In the event of cancellation, the Austrian hotel regulations apply: Up to 1 week before arrival free of charge, thereafter we charge 90% of the total amount booked.
